Phoenix Arizona is the sixth largest city in the United States, with a
population of 1.3 million people. The metropolitan Phoenix area, known as
the Valley of the Sun, is home to 3.1 million people. And growing, always
growing.

I have lived in the Valley since 1971. If memory serves, Phoenix was a city
of 500,000 at the time. I am fascinated by the growth of this place! If you
go away for six months then come back to visit, you may not recognize your
own neighborhood! I think that any panoramic photo I create will be an
important piece of history in 20 years.
