HITCHCOCK'S BIRDS IN MUMBAI ?

When: June 21, 2007.

Where: Lokhandwala, a bustling concrete jungle in the western suburbs of Mumbai.

Why: I was a shot for the World Wide Panorama event "community".

What: The panorama shows a community of thousands of birds (mostly pigeons), which live here, eating grains by local residents.
The birds are totally unafraid of humans and one of them was perched on my head asI took these shots. It would indeed be revealing to find out if these birds outnumber the humans in Lokhandwala......
