GET INSIDE A SPORTS SHOE
How does it feel to be a Nike + iPod Sport Kit?

Why: Aram was looking for a way to create Macro VRs quickly and easily.
How/technical details: Tools: a shoe (preferably a clean one!), Nikon D200, Nikon 105mm macro, heavy tripod, weights from dumbbells, a flawless and premium-chromed mirror ball.  Setup: Place the shoe on a table and setup the camera, pointing straight downwards into the shoe. Use weights for counterbalance to prevent tripod from tipping over.  Shoot: Adjust the distance of the camera to the mirror ball so that the mirror ball takes up most of the photo. Process: Crop, then remap the image and Photoshop the camera away. Shoot a Nadir shot and fill in the base.
