RATATOUILLES RECIPES WITHIN GUSTEAUS KITCHEN
Remy's Soup revealed
by Lady Oscar

Remy spills the beans and gives us its recipes...

Rats in the kitchen do not mean a mess by default. Just ask Linguini who saw, within the walls of Gusteau's restaurant, Remy giving life to one of the most outstanding parlsley soups that the critics ever ate. It's exactly thanks to this soup that Remy and Linguini meet and it's exactly thanks to this soup that their friendship begins. Within these kitchen's walls they will have the chance to create real chef d'oeuvres (and Pixar's team actually cooked them in order to reproduce everything in the cartoon!) while - in the manager's office - Skinner is trying to use a well known brand in order to sell...disgusting microwave dishes.

And if the kitchen gave you the boost to cook, we have a surprise: while touring Linguini's flat, we found in a drawer this recipe....Maybe it's Remy's soup?

Ingredients:
1 onion, 2 big carrots, 50 g butter, 150 g potatoes, 900 ml chicken stock, 25 g parsley (heads only).

Peel the onion, slice the carrots. In a pan, heat the butter, stew the onion and the carrots for six minutes. Peel and thinly slice the potatoes. Put them in the pan. After some minutes pour the chicken stock, previously heated. Add pepper and salt and simmer, covered for half an hour, then leave it cool slightly. Puree in a blender with the parsley and reheat.

Bon appetit!
